I am sick of those who, while living in comfort, would seek to rob those who suffer of their opportunity to revolt because they believe that all hope is conspiracy. These condescending idiots are not ‘intelligent’ nor ‘jaded.’ They are simply fatalistic and cowardly. They want you to surrender to what they consider inevitable. They want to justify their own acceptance of oppression. Do not allow them to make you feel stupid or naive. They are not smart; they are corpses who mistake their animation for life. Where you see possibility, they see conspiracy. Where you see hope, they see defeat. Your ambition frightens them because it exposes their surrender. They give up under the name of realism and practicality. Such people do not change reality. They submit to it.
